Decent Wiring Harness, could be clearer
I ordered a Wiring Harness for an off-road light bar I already had. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Shipping took about 5 business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The harness itself seemed well-constructed, with decent gauge wire. The connectors felt solid. My only minor issue was that the included instructions were a bit sparse; I had to look up a diagram online for a clearer understanding of the relay connections. Once I figured it out, it performed as expected. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a functional product for the price.
Underglow Kit worked out well
I bought an Underglow Kit for my car and it actually looks pretty cool. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I needed. Shipping was okay, it arrived in about a week. The kit itself was mostly good quality, the lights are bright and the colors are vibrant. My main gripe is that some of the adhesive strips on the light segments weren't super strong, so I had to use some extra zip ties to really secure them. It wasn't a huge deal but something to consider if you're installing it yourself. For the price, I think it's a solid buy, just be ready for a little extra effort on the install.
